Energy Healing
Through scanning your energetic body + connecting to your subconscious, we will work together to release what no longer serves you so you may live your most expansive life.
This may include using Reiki, releasing trapped emotions through Emotion Code, clearing stagnant energy within the body or your environment, rebalancing your meridians or chakras, integrating past life experiences, crystal healing or using essential oils.
Soul Consult
By connecting with your individual spirit team, I receive messages specifically aligned to your journey. These messages can be in the form of images, sounds or sensations. The direction of your healing is prioritized by your spirit team along with what your body, mind + soul needs to heal. Moving through your healing will result in you feeling enlightened, empowered + clarity to move forward in your life.
Mediumship
While confirming connection with your departed loved one(s), I am provided images, messages + information which helps guide you, bring healing + be aware of their presence in your life.
